Challenge

There was no Korean marketer in MoPub and the website was also composed mainly in English, so it was not friendly to Korean customers.


Solution

Build communication channels that take into account the customer's buying journey

We designed the main communication channel for each conversion stage according to the customer buying journey. At the TOF(Top of Funnel) stage, Display banner ads were operated to increase brand awareness, and at the MOFU(Middle of Funnel) stage, Search ads were operated to bring customers to the website.


Marketing channel expansion and content development

We created a local social channel in Korea for MoPub and produced marketing contents in Korean. We produced case study contents of Korean customers and distributed them through Korean media.

Improve marketing performance through continuous testing

A/B tests were conducted under various conditions such as 'Key Message', 'Multiple Media', and 'Targeting Option' to optimize targeting and improve campaign performance by securing meaningful marketing insights. Through a series of tests, we optimized campaigns and improved the quality of the new leads and marketing ROI.
